Why is my order still in pre-shipment?Updated a year ago

There's a few possibilities:

1. We may be experiencing delayed processing times. Delays will be mentioned in our website banner, and Discord. If we are, we sincerely apologize for the wait. Please know, we're working as quickly as possible to get fulfill your order. 

2. Occasionally, packages may not be scanned at every distribution site. When this happens, the package will often appear within 5 business days at a location close to the destination address. If it's been greater than 5 business days, please let us know. We would be happy to investigate for you!
