My order says my item was delivered, but I can't find my package. What should I do?Updated a year ago

We`re sorry to hear you`re unable to find your package! Here`s what you should do next:

1. Check with your neighbors to make sure your package was not accidentally misdelivered to their address. 

2. If your package is not with your neighbors, you should contact your local USPS or UPS next. Occasionally, mail is misdelivered to a different address. USPS and UPS will be able to view the exact GPS location of where your package was scanned for delivery. 

3. Finally, if they`re unable to locate your package, and you purchased ShipTection shipping insurance with your order, you may open a claim here:
